Flush Dog Training Programs
Professional training for English Cocker Spaniels built for real upland hunting situations.
Real Training. Real Birds. Real Results.
Flush dogs are meant to work close, stay responsive, and produce birds consistently.
At Clear Cut Kennels in Kingman, Maine, we train English Cocker Spaniels on wild grouse and woodcock in real hunting cover — not controlled setups. That exposure builds discipline, pattern, and confidence under real pressure.
Whether you’re starting a young dog or refining an experienced one, this is where reliable hunting dogs are built.

Meet Your Trainer: Victor Forsyth
Hi, I’m Victor Forsyth, owner and trainer at Clear Cut Kennels.
I’ve been training pointing dogs for more than 20 years and have spent much of that time competing in walking field and cover dog trials. Watching a young dog develop into a finished bird dog is what keeps me passionate about this work.
Whether you’ve got a new pup or a dog that needs polish, we’ll get them ready for your next hunting season.
