Meet Your Trainer: Victor Forsyth
Hi, I’m Victor Forsyth, owner and trainer at Clear Cut Kennels.
I’ve been training pointing dogs for more than 20 years and have spent much of that time competing in walking field and cover dog trials. Watching a young dog develop into a finished bird dog is what keeps me passionate about this work.
During Maine's colder months, I bring our dogs down south, where we have access to acres of bird habitat. This allows our dogs to continue training in a similar environment all year long, gaining experience, exposure, and maturity that can’t be replicated indoors.
Whether you’ve got a new pup or a dog that needs polish, we’ll get them ready for your next hunting season.
